Divide and conquer has been the strategy that Militant Atheistic Communism as a global force has used to back Islamists in India and elsewhere to agitate and destabilize the free theistic and non-Islamic Nations that it wanted to overthrow. Thus Communism, Atheistic so-called ‘Hinduism’, Atheistic Buddhism and fanatical Iconoclastic Islam are natural allies against all of the Great Bhakti Traditions of Humanity that all “Love the Lord’s Appearing”. That these anti-Incarnation groups all historically have utter disdain and contempt for the Bhakti Traditions that all have various doctrines of Incarnation and Prasadam, should not surprise anyone. The 5th of these aggressive Global Hostile Forces attacking the Great Bhakti Incarnational Traditions is Far-Right Iconoclastic ‘Idol-Smashing‘ anti-cCatholic Protestantism. All of these groups, the ‘Idol’ hating Protestants and Muslims, the atheistic Communists and Buddhists and yes the Atheistic ‘idol hating‘ ‘Hindus’ too, are the historical Global Adversaries of their hated ‘idol-worshiping‘ Enemies which are the Incarnation-Loving Great Bhakti Traditions, including those of ‘Hindu’ India and elsewhere.

Due to the transcendental activity of Srila Prabhupada, I was blessed to have the association of Dr. Acharya Prabhakar Mishra, who was un-rivaled as a great academically honored Sanskritist and Vaishnava Acharya of the Sanskrit Bhakti Shastras. Dr. Mishra was Srila Prabhupada’s intimate friend and devoted first Disciple and Srila Prabhupada’s Sanskrit Guru. They lived together in Jhansi for over 5 years, and after Srila Prabhupada moved away from Jhansi, Dr. Mishra continued to try to help him, and supported him at various times, for years. Once, when I asked Hansadutta ‘Swami’ if Srila Prabhupada ever said anything about Dr. Mishra, he replied that Srila Prabhupada said that “He is the best”.
When I was in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal, in the association of both Hindu academic and government leaders, I personally saw for myself the profound esteem which these leaders had for Dr. Mishra as possibly the World’s greatest living Master of the Sanskrit Bhakti Shastras and a Great Saintly Vaishnava.
Why should this be of any significance to the other disciples of Srila Prabhupada? Why should we care about Dr. Mishra’s extraordinary academic credentials or his personal character, or what Dr. Mishra had to say to me about Srila Prabhupada’s Books?

Ravana gives RAMA a ‘Crown of Thorns’

Above Vrndavan Brannon Parker has made a Post about a Vaishnava Scriptural Source for HARI as RAMA being depicted as having a crown of arrows. In light of the many Eastern Vaishnavism related Scriptural and Iconographic Traditions in the Mediterranean Bhakti Traditions, a connection between this description of RAMA with a wounding Crown of Arrows shot by His Adversary should be studied in relationship to the Crown of Thorns on JESUS CHRIST‘s Head.
In fact, there are several traditions regarding JESUS CHRIST‘s Crown of Thorns that I have already researched (decades ago) and written about in depth (elsewhere). In one His Crown of Thorns is made of Acacias or pseudo-Acacius thorns and in another it is made of Bram-Bolos. Both of these plants are very Sacred to KRISHNA-VISHNU! Elsewhere I have written a lot about the family of the Sal Tree being very Sacred to KRISHNA-VISHNU and the BUDDHA of the Pure Land Buddhist Tradition, who is HARI, BHAGAVAN, ADI PURUSHA, PURUSOTTAMA etc.

Although Lord BALARAMA was originally worshiped by all of Humanity, with the onset of Kali Yuga (Age = Yuga) proper information and realization of His Self Revelation became distorted and then forgotten by much of the Human family. However, the ancient Sanskrit Vedic-Vaishnava Shastras (Scriptures) and Their Authorized Commentaries are like a ‘time machine’ that can take us all of the way back to the Original Revelation, to meet the Divine Revelator and Master of Mysteries, Lord BALARAMA Himself!

Throughout the East, Lord BALARAMA in His various Forms is associated with the Life Sciences of preventative medicine, physical culture (various yogic and martial arts disciplines), pharmacopia and healing. The wandering mendicant healers known a Carakas may have been associated with the Atharva Veda and Ayur Veda long before the Era of the Court Physician Charaka. In any event, Lord BALADEVA is known to be the Serpentine Mount of God called SESHA. Since BALADEVA is SESHA, and SESHA is CHARAKA, then BALADEVA is CHARAKA.

The Lunar-related regional CHN or KHN Name of the Supreme Lord YAHU-SM/N YAHU–SOMA (Egyptian IAH, Sumerian EA, Vedic-Vaishnava YA, AH, AS, VAS, VISH, USH etc.) was cognate with the Chandra of the East. The words Candle and CHANDRA are linguistically related or ‘cognates’. As the Golden Sun HARI lights up the external world of the Day, the White or Silver Moon lights up the otherwise dark Night and the Internal World of the Mind. Thus BL–YAHU-SM/N (BALADEVA VASUDEVA as SOMA) is both the Lord who Lights up the Dark Night of the external World, and He is also the Lord who Enlightens the Internal Mind and Soul-Self of Humanity. In this capacity He is the Original and only Internal Enlightener and Spiritual Master of Humanity. It is He Who gives us Internal Vision and Wisdom, behind our eyelids, inside of our minds where the light of the Sun cannot shine! Pope and Rabin are considered two of the most important scholars to specialize in studying the “Song of Songs“. I do not agree with either of their interpretations, but both of them provide a strong rational for my Thesis, because they discuss some of the same issues that are important in my work. Thus their research legitimatizes my own by raising the same or closely related questions. In this article I first introduced the subject of the Divine and Earthly Gokula / Goloka. Then I pointed-out that the scholar of Protestant Christianity, Pope and the Jewish Scholar Rabin raised some extremely important questions. Then I gave some links. Finally I showed how my work ‘Contribution’ identified the specific Bridal Mysticism source in the ancient Mediterranean, namely the Bucolic Paradise Island of Rhodes. The Boukolion was the Place where the Bridal Mysticism Rites of the HieroGamos or Monogamos Sacred Wedding took place. The Divine Lovers of the Song of Songs are called the (plural) DODANIM and elsewhere in the Bible we see RODANIM the plural for of Rhodes. The Hebrew Letters Daleth and Rosh are almost identical, thus it is clear that the DODANIM of the “Song” were the RODANIM Divine Lovers of Rhodes!

What I contributed was the Historical and Theological Identity of the specific and original Mediterranean regional ‘Hierogamos” RHODA-KOUROS / RADHA-KRISHNA Bridal Mysticism Tradition that all of the other Mediterranean regional traditions including the Biblical Tradition were derived from. As a Vaishnava disciple of Srila Prabhupada‘s, I naturally offered the fruits of my labors to the Vaishnava community. Perhaps if I had not made this sacrifice of my life’s work, my life would have been entirely different, and I would not ‘be here’ today, still struggling to get even a few of my Godbrothers and Godsisters to accept my devotional service offerings and ‘take my work seriously’.

There were 2 Traditions of HELIOS KOUROS and DIONYSOS associated with both KRISHNA and BALARAMA‘s daytime and nighttime ‘Solar’ and ‘Lunar’ Cycle Lilas. Thus HELIOS KOUROS and DIONYSOS and Their Kouroi friends (Expansions) herding companions herded Their 365 Sacred White Cows during the day and Their Sacred White Sheep during the night.
To understand this one should consider that secular academic scholars of ‘Hinduism’ have long identified Lord BALADEVA with the Moon and Nightime (which infers protective Shepherding), the Lunar Calendar, Water (NARAYANA), Silver, the Ambrosia (Nectar of Immortality) Soma Rasa and Mead / Madhu and the Lunar-related ‘Dionysian’ Night Revels of the Rasa Dance, etc. while associating Krishna with the Solar Calendar, the ‘class of supreme solar divinities’, Daytime, Cow herding (pasturing in the daytime), HARI and Agni Hotra Fire Sacrifices, Gold, Bread etc
Thus between Them the ‘Wine’ and the ‘Bread’ Maha Prasadam of Their respective Sacrificial Rites was comprehended along with Their so-called Solar and Lunar ‘Aspects’ of Culture and Religion, of Their Dionysian Lunar Reveling and Their ‘Apollonian’ religious daylight conservativeness. Since they were two Persons of the Same Deity, They were worshiped in the Mediterranean often as brothers, with ‘APOLLO’ (GOPALA) and Dionysos being worshiped in the same Temple or Sanctuary. Western Scholars have long been interested in the relationship between APOLLO and DIONYSOS as two different ‘aspects’ of the same Deity.

I am compelled by the truth to point out that the Gokula / Bucolic Boukolion of the Cow (Gau, Go) Bou (Bhumi) Lotus Paradise Isle of RHODA-KOUROS / RADHA-KRISHNA was the Supreme Heavenly and Earthly Abode of KOUROS HELIOS / KRISHNA and KORE RHODA / RADHA of the primal and Supreme Bridal Mysticism Tradition of prehistoric Rhodes in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. On Their Sacred Isle of Rhodes, They were called RHODA and RHOD-OS, HALIA and HELI-OS, KORE and KOUR-OS, ASTERIA and ASTER-OS, NYMPHIA and NYMPHOS. These ‘gendered’ Name elements are very important in many languages. The -A masculine or -I feminine (Gopa or Gopi) endings in Sanskrit Names have equivalents in Greek and Latin. All Greek Masculine Names like HELI-OS, KOUR-OS, RHOD-OS etc. should end in OS, meaning God who is the Primal PUR-USHA / POLIEUS / Egyptian PER-AUSU. Most of the Male Greek and Roman ‘gods’ Names end in -OS or -US identifying Them all as Forms of AUSAR / OSIRIS!
HELI-OS is HERU-AUSU / ELI-YAHU / HARI-VASU the OS / OSIRIS Name means to Be, to Exist, who Is, OUSIOS ‘Being‘, Is, Was, As, ASHURA the Soul of the Universe, VISH, VAS, ASH, USH, Theban WASU… All of the -US, -OS, -AS, AH, -A, YA etc.

Dear Family and Friends, Please put aside any preconceived notions that you might have about who the mere astrological planetary regent Greco-Roman ‘sun god’ HELIOS-APOLLO was, and try to understand that all such mundane Polytheistic ideas were a very late devolution of unified Humanity’s original, primal Emanational and Incarnational devotional Monotheism. In that Monotheism the Original Supreme Personality of Godhead was the 1. Transcendent, 2. Mediating (Emanating and Incarnating) and 3. All expert Mahayana Pure Land Buddhist Art Historians know that the canon of Mahayana Pure Land Buddhist Sacred Art derives from and diffused from its two earliest main regional centers in Gandhara and Mathura. The Gandharan Forms were more Greek in style and the Mathuran Forms were more classically Indian and Oriental. In fact the Mathuran Forms are recognizable for a Gaudiya Vaishnava as belonging to the Vrndavan-Mathuran cultus of KRISHNA-BALARAMA and Their SHAKTIs. Since it is known that the ‘Buddhist’ Emperor Asoka‘s own ‘Buddhist’ Guru had a monastery in Mathura with about 10,000 monks in it, it should be obvious what kind of ‘Buddhism’ the Emperor was schooled-in and why all of Mahayana Pure Land Buddhism throughout its entire geographic range was spreading devotion to the Trinity / TRIKAYA of KRISHNA-BALARAMA and Their Omnipresent Holy Spirit, PARAMATMA.
Is it conceivable that the central Northern Indian Royal Capital of KRISHNA-BALARAMA Worship would have an Atheistic Theravadin ‘Buddhist’ Monastery with 10,000 monks in it? What does the historical evidence tell us about the presence of this Form of ‘Buddhism’ in Mathura, and why all of Asoka-related Mahayana Pure Land Buddhism is permeated with the Holy Names, Forms, Doctrines and Practices of KRISHNA-centric Vaishnavism?
