Part 1 Palm Sunday Offering: JESUS as BAAL YAHU, the Valorous Universal Savior God.
Why did JESUS CHRIST camp with His disciples in Jericho, ride into Jerusalem on an ass / donkey while being greeted with BAAL-YAHU’s sacred palm fronds?
14. Talanka: He who bears the insignia of a palm tree.

See Sanskrit ‘Asana’ as what one sits on, a throne or one’s seat. The Vyas-Asana is the seat / throne of Vyasadeva or the Spiritual Master in the Vedic lineage of Vyasadeva. A Hatha Yogic Asana is one’s ‘seat’ or sitting position. In any case, an ‘ass’ is one’s ‘seat’ or what one sits on.
As a beast of burden, the ‘ass’, as used in the English Bible, traditionally refers to the animal known as a donkey. There is no confirmed English P.I.E. (or other linguistic root) etymology for either the word ‘ass’ or ‘donkey’. However there are many European cognates for ‘ass’, which all mean a donkey. In Pure Land Buddhist iconography, the Lord (HARIH as AVALOKITESHVARA / CHEN REI ZEI), is commonly depicted as sitting or riding on a throne or seat / Sanskrit Asana or a vehicle / Sanskrit Vahana, representing some ‘demon’ that He has conquered or that has surrendered to Him, and who has thus become His devoted servant. In the Vaishnava tradition, Lord BALA-DEVA the Greco-Roman and Celtic BELUS and the Semitic BAL-YAHU of Jericho and Palmyra, defeats the great donkey demon Dhenuka A-Sura, by throwing him into the top of a palm tree in His own sacred Tala-Vana, palm tree forest!
solid ungulate quadruped beast of burden of the horse kind, but smaller and with long ears and a short mane, native to southwest Asia, Old English assa (Old Northumbrian assal, assald) “he-ass.” The English word is cognate with Old Saxon esil, Dutch ezel, Old High German esil, German Esel, Gothic asilus, and, beyond Germanic, Lithuanian asilas, Old Church Slavonic osl, Russian oselŭ, etc. All probably are ultimately from Latin asinus. De Vaan says the form of asinus suggests it was a loan-word into Latin, and adds, “Most IE words for ‘ass’ are loanwords.”
Together with Greek onos it is conjectured to be from a language of Asia Minor (compare Sumerian ansu). The initial vowel of the English word might be by influence of Celtic forms (Irish and Gaelic asal), from Old Celtic *as(s)in “donkey.” In Romanic tongues the Latin word has become Italian asino, Spanish asno, Old French asne, French âne.
In familiar use, the name ass is now to a great extent superseded by donkey (in Scotland cuddie); but ass is always used in the language of Scripture, Natural History, proverb, and fable; also, in ordinary use, in Ireland. [OED]
Sure-footed and patient in domestication, since ancient Greek times, in fables and parables…

Wiki: Jericho is claimed to be the oldest city in the world, and it is also the city with the oldest known protective wall. Archaeologists have unearthed the remains of more than 20 successive settlements in Jericho, the first of which dates back 11,000 years (to 9000 BCE), almost to the very beginning of the Holocene epoch of the Earth’s history. Copious springs in and around the city have attracted human habitation for thousands of years. Jericho is described in the Hebrew Bible as the “city of palm trees”.
Etymology: Jericho’s name in Hebrew, Yeriẖo, is generally thought to derive from the Canaanite word reaẖ (“fragrant”), but other theories hold that it originates in the Canaanite word for “moon” (Yareaẖ) or the name of the lunar deity Yarikh, for whom the city was an early centre of worship. | Yarikh the ‘Moon God’ of Jericho was also called BAAL and YAHU. The ‘SM/N’ ‘Moon God’. |
Wiki: Yarikh (also written as Jerah, Jarah, or Jorah, Hebrew spelling ירח) is a moon god in Canaanite religion whose epithets are “illuminator of the heavens”, “illuminator of the myriads of stars” and “lord of the sickle”. The latter epithet may come from the appearance of the crescent moon. Yarikh was recognized as the provider of nightly dew, and married to the goddess Nikkal, his moisture causing her orchards to bloom in the desert. The city of Jericho was a center of his worship, and its name may derive from the name Yarikh, or from the Cannanite word for moon, Yareaẖ. It seems to have Hurrian roots and may be connected with Kušuḫ, the Hurrian moon god. | Compare the ‘sin’ SM/N SOMA-related Lunar names found in other languages. |

He was also associated with cattle, due to the perceived similarity between bull horns and crescent moon. He was always described as a major deity, though only a few sources, mostly these from the reign of Nabonidus, consider him to be the head of the Mesopotamian pantheon.

Etymology: Jericho’s Arabic name, ʼArīḥā, means “fragrant” and also has its roots in Canaanite Reaẖ. | JESUS camped with His disciples just outside of the city of Jericho, which is clearly cognate with Ariha and Yarikh, Jerah, Jarah, or Jorah. |
Wikipedia: Palmyra “The city’s inhabitants worshiped local Semitic, Mesopotamian, and Arab deities.” |
In 274, following his victory over Palmyra, Aurelian dedicated a large temple of Sol Invictus in Rome; most scholars consider Aurelian’s Sol Invictus to be of Syrian origin, either a continuation of emperor Elagabalus cult of Sol Invictus Elagabalus, or Malakbel of Palmyra. The Palmyrene deity was commonly identified with the Roman god Sol and he had a temple dedicated for him on the right bank of the Tiber since the second century. Also, he bore the epithet Invictus and was known with the name Sol “Sanctissimus”, the latter was an epithet Aurelian bore on an inscription from Capena.
The position of the Palmyrene deity as Aurelian’s Sol Invictus is inferred from a passage by Zosimus reading: “and the magnificent temple of the sun he (i.e. Aurelian) embellished with votive gifts from Palmyra, setting up statues of Helios and Bel”. Three deities from Palmyra exemplified solar features: Malakbel, Yarhibol and Šams, hence the identification of the Palmyrene Helios appearing in Zosimus’ work with Malakbel. Some scholars criticize the notion of Malakbel’s identification with Sol Invictus; according to Gaston Halsberghe, the cult of Malakbel was too local for it to become an imperial Roman god and Aurelian’s restoration of Bel’s temple and sacrifices dedicated to Malakbel were a sign of his attachment to the sun god in general and his respect to the many ways in which the deity was worshiped. Richard Stoneman suggested another approach in which Aurelian simply borrowed the imagery of Malakbel to enhance his own solar deity. The relation between Malakbel and Sol Invictus can not be confirmed and will probably remain unresolved.

Clearly the words English Donkey and Sanskrit Dhenuka for the same ‘ass’ animal are from the same primal linguistic root, DNK. The Supreme Savior God and Lord of the Semites was YAHU-BAAL. YAHU or BAAL, BEL, BAL, VAL, etc., who was also the Greco-Roman and Keltic BELUS etc. He was the AUSU / WASU of Egypt and the AUSAR / OSIRIS of the Greco-Roman Mediterranean region. As WASU-THEOS, He was VASUDEVA or VISHNU.
He was the main Patron Deity, YAHU-BAAL of the great palm oasis cities of Jericho and Palmyra. In both cities, He was associated with the moon and the palm tree. In Egypt, His lunar-related form was connected to both KHON-SHU / CHONS (see CHANDRA) and SHU. In Jericho, His SN/M name was not ‘sin’, it was SOMA. See Latin SOMA as ‘Life’.
SOMA is associated with BALADEVA as both DHANVANTARI and the universal life-blood of the Cosmic PURUSHA! SOMA is the Sanskrit ‘Nectar of Immortality’, delivered by the ‘Anointed’ Great Physician Lord, DHANVANTARI or ANANTA CHARAKA to His ‘Twice Born’ devotees in His Sacred Kalasha / Chalice!!! This Savior God of Jericho (see Areca Genus of palm trees) and Palmyra was worshiped all over the ancient world, and His emblem was a palm frond or palm tree. The lineage of David identified Judah and Israel with the sacred palm tree of Jericho and then all of Judea and Judaism, so that the palm or palm frond became the symbol of the Jews, their God and their land all over the Mediterranean region.
In the East, Lord BALA-DEVA had names and titles that included ‘palm’ elements, like TALA-NATHA / Palm-Lord, TALA-DEVA / Palm-God, TALAVANATHA / TALAVAN-NATHA / Palm-Forest-Lord, TALAKETU / Palm-Flagged, TALANKA and many more. Thus in the ancient East and West, both of the kinds of palm trees, the fan palms and the feather palms were Sacred to Him. These are also known as both coconut and date palm tree, which have ‘feather’ shaped leaves. Other palm trees have ‘fan’ shaped leaves and edible berries. There are over 3,000 varieties of palm trees, and these are spread throughout the tropical and temperate zones of both the Eastern and Western hemispheres! Consider how sacred all palms are throughout India, Asia and Oceana.
For example, the Tahitian and Balinese palm ‘totems’ and the Tiki palm tree ‘Totem Pole Gods’ of Hawaii and the Isles of Oceana. See also the ‘Totem Poles’ of the N. W. Pacific tribes and the Alaskan tribes that carved their ‘Totem Pole Gods’ out of a straight fir or pine tree trunk. Compare also the Egyptian and related Levant / Jewish palm tree forms of the Djed Brahman-Daru (Druid) related triad of palm tree ‘Gods’, who were forms of HERU-AUSU / ELI-YAHU and ASHERAH, namely the East’s JAGANNATHA, BALADEVA and SUBHADRA.

All over the Mediterranean Region and the Near East, the Sacred Palm Tree of YAHU-BAAL, BELUS, BEL, BOL, VAL, BALA-DEVA / BEL-THEOS / DIOS etc. was the preeminent symbol of YAHU (AUSU / WASU, TOBA-YAHU reversed as VASU-DEVA), His worship, His City of Jericho, then His City of Jerusalem, which the Greeks called Hiero-solym the Asyla of Hiero-Phantos Priests! Then the entire Jewish Kingdoms of Israel and Judah were symbolized by YAHU’s Sacred Palm Tree or Palm Frond. And, eventually, the Palm Tree or Frond of YAHU BAAL became the symbol of Judaism and the Jews’ Supreme Savior God, YAHU BAAL / BEL etc. all over the Region.
Just as the Rhodon ‘Red Rose’ or Red Nymphia Lotus was the everywhere-recognized symbol and pictorial pun for the Supreme Deities of the Red Rose Island (Dwipa) of Rhodes, as f. Rhoda and m. Rhodos or f. Nymphia (Lotus) and m. Nymphos, (Radha and Krishna), everywhere the Sacred Palm Tree or Frond of BAAL-YAHU, BELUS-DIOS / BALA-DEVA as YAHU / AUSU / WASU / VASUDEVA was His symbol and represented Israel and Judah. So, for example, see the Palm Tree of the Jews on miniatures, like seals and coins throughout the Mediterranean Region.
When ASCLEPIOS IASAS (YAHU-SHUA / JESUS) the Great Physician went to Rome to save the City from the plague, He went in His Giant ANANTA SESHA NAGA Form, and reaching the City from Greece on a sailing ship, He chose an island in the River, with a gigantic PALM TREE on it for the location of His new Roman Temple!!! Thus climbing up into His Sacred Palm Tree, He established His worship there among the Romans and saved the entire City from the great plague!

Lord BALADEVA’s chariot flag was adorned with His Sacred Palm and His Holy Foot Prints were marked with His Palm symbols. The Sacred Palmyra Tree of BAL of Palmyra was apparently the same tree as that of the Tala Tree of BALADEVA of South India, which was worshiped in relation to BALADEVA throughout Tamil Nadu South India and Sri Lanka. All Palms were Sacred to BALADEVA as TALA-DEVA, both Fan-Leaf and Feather-Leaf varieties, which had a wide variety of fruits, like coconuts, dates, berries and also provided for wine, oils and useful fronds for thatching and weaving, and logs for Sacred ‘Totem Poles’ or Tiki God ‘pole carving ‘idols’. Globally there are over 3,000 varieties of palm trees, in both Hemispheres, where ancient civilizations considered them sacred.
Don’t forget that each year’s palms are burned and used on the next Ash Wednesday for the Imposition of Ashes and these ashes are then applied like Tilaka, in the shape of a Cross, above the nose on the forehead!
Some Vaishnavas in India also use sacred ash in their many forms of Tilaka.

Palm Branches in Ancient Times
Date palms are majestic, tall trees that grow abundantly in the Holy Land. Their long and large leaves spread out from the top of a single trunk that can grow to more than 50 feet in height. In Bible times, the finest specimens grew at Jericho (which was known as the city of palm trees), Engedi, and along the banks of the Jordan.
In ancient times, palm branches symbolized goodness, well-being, grandeur, steadfastness, and victory. They were often depicted on coins and important buildings. King Solomon had palm branches carved into the walls and doors of the temple:
On the walls all around the temple, in both the inner and outer rooms, he carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers. (1 Kings 6:29)
Palm branches were regarded as tokens of joy and triumph and were customarily used on festive occasions (Leviticus 23:40, Nehemiah 8:15). Kings and conquerors were welcomed with palm branches being strewn before them and waved in the air. Victors of Grecian games returned to their homes triumphantly waving palm branches in their hands.
Deborah, one of Israel’s judges, held court from underneath a palm tree, probably because it afforded shade and prominence (Judges 4:5).
At the end of the Bible, the book of Revelation speaks of people from every nation raising palm branches to honor Jesus:
After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

(Revelation 7:9)

Why “Palm” Sunday?
Palm branches have been used in Christianity as a sign of victory over the flesh and the world; hence especially associated with the memory of the martyrs. Palm Sunday Parade – Seville, Spain
The palms are blessed on Palm Sunday and are used in the procession of the day, then taken home by the faithful and used as a sacramental. They were preserved in prominent places in the house, in the barns, and in the fields, and thrown into the fire during storms.
In ancient times, palm branches symbolized goodness and victory. They were often depicted on coins and important buildings. Solomon had palm branches carved into the walls and doors of the temple (1 Kings 6:29). Again at the end of the Bible, people from every nation raise palm branches to honor Jesus (Revelation 7:9).
In the Roman Catholic Church, palm fronds (or in colder climates some kind of substitutes) are blessed with an aspergillum outside the church building in an event called the “blessing of palms” if using palm leaves (or in cold climates in the narthex when Easter falls early in the year). A solemn procession also takes place, and often includes the entire congregation.

Part 2 His Trans Figuration: JESUS in His Universal Form & as the Glory / Doxa / Tejas of God before His Self-Offering on His Yupa Cross or Stanu, Axis Mundi of the Universe, JESUS reveals His VISHNU Tattva Universal Form to His disciples!
The Transfiguration proves that the JESUS CHRIST of the Apostolic (Catholic) Church Was and Is the ADI PURUSHA ‘VISHNU Tattva’ Purusha Mandala or ‘Universal Form’ of BALADEVA as the VISHVA RUPA Cosmic Time-Man. In His Transfiguration, JESUS was seen ‘Transformed’ and surrounded by His Cosmic Mandorla!!! All of the traditional ‘Universal Form’ Purusha Mandalas of ‘Hinduism’ and Pure Land Buddhist were (and still are) depicted exactly the same way!!! All glories to JESUS CHRIST, in His Universal Form!
JESUS Transfigured as the Cosmic Christ in His Universal ‘Mandorla’ is the East’s Supreme ADI PURUSHA Mandala.
In the New Testament, the Transfiguration of Jesus is an event where Jesus is transfigured and becomes radiant in glory upon a mountain. The Synoptic Gospels (Matthew 17:1–8, Mark 9:2–8, Luke 9:28–36) describe it, and the Second Epistle of Peter also refers to it (2 Peter 1:16–18). It has also been hypothesized that the first chapter of the Gospel of John alludes to it (John 1:14).
In these accounts, Jesus and three of his apostles, Peter, James, and John, go to a mountain (later referred to as the Mount of Transfiguration) to pray. On the mountaintop, Jesus begins to shine with bright rays of light. Then the Old Testament figures Moses and Elijah appear next to him and he speaks with them. Both figures had eschatological roles: they summarize the Law and the prophets, respectively. Jesus is then called “Son” by the voice of God the Father, in the Baptism of Jesus.
Many Christian traditions, including the Eastern Orthodox, Catholic Church, Lutheran and Anglican churches, commemorate the event in the Feast of the Transfiguration, a major festival. In Greek Orthodoxy, the event is called the metamorphosis.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transfiguration_of_Jesus#:~:text=Once%20on%20the%20mountain%2C%20Matthew,begins%20to%20talk%20to%20them.
In the gospels, Jesus takes Peter, James, son of Zebedee and his brother John the Apostle with him and goes up to a mountain, which is not named. Once on the mountain, Matthew 17:2 states that Jesus “was transfigured before them; his face shining as the sun, and his garments became white as the light.” At that point the prophet Elijah representing the prophets and Moses representing the Law appear and Jesus begins to talk to them. Luke states that they spoke of Jesus’ exodus (εξοδον) which he was about to accomplish in Jerusalem (Lk 9:31). Luke is also specific in describing Jesus in a state of glory, with Luke 9:32 referring to “they saw His glory”.
Vaishnava traditions say that every VISHNU Tattva ‘directly God’ form of the Lord must prove that He is directly God / VISHNU by revealing His ‘Universal Form’ to at least one Saint / Acharya! Thus in the Apostolic Catholic traditions, JESUS revealed His Universal Form twice, once at His ‘Transfiguration’ and again at His Ascension, and some would include His Self Revelation as the Universal Judge or ‘PANTOCRATOR’.
His Greek language word for being the ‘Glory of God the Father’ is DOXA. Astoundingly, the Greek Biblical ‘Glory / Doxa’ is cognate with Sanskrit ‘Tejas’ and BALADEVA as the Fiery Glory and Brahman Effulgence of SRI KRISHNA is KRISHNA’s Tejas! BALADEVA is the Glory / Brahman Effulgence of Brahma Jyoti or Fiery Tejas of KRISHNA / HARI!
Tejas is a Sanskrit term that translates to “fire” or “illumination.” It can be classified as a type of energy, vitality or charisma. It is also one of the five gross material elements that make up the body in Samkhya philosophy.
In terms of yoga practice, tejas is considered a type of intense inner power that can be used to discover a deeper and more spiritual side to yoga.
Definition – What does Tejas mean? Yogapedia. https://www.yogapedia.com/definition/5770/tejas Last Updated 8-5-2018.
When Tejas meaning fiery brilliance / light is translated as Greek Doxa ‘Glory’, it directly refers to both BALADEVA and SHIVA who have Tejas names!
JESUS is the PHO ‘Light’ and The Glory / Doxa / Tejas of ‘God the Father’!

Wikipedia. Ascension of Jesus. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ascension_of_Jesus. Last edited on 16 April 2022, at 11:04 (UTC).
The Ascension of Jesus (anglicized from the Vulgate Latin: ascensio Iesu, lit. ‘ascent of Jesus’) is the Christian teaching that Christ physically departed from Earth by rising into Heaven, in the presence of eleven of his apostles. According to the New Testament narrative, the Ascension occurred on the fortieth day counting from the resurrection. In the Christian tradition, reflected in the major Christian creeds and confessional statements, God exalted Jesus after his death, raising him from the dead and taking him to Heaven, where Jesus took his seat at the right hand of God.
These are two traditional icons of the Ascension of JESUS CHRIST.
This is Fra Angelico’s tryptic of the Last Judgement. JESUS in His Cosmic Mandorla / Mandala presides as PANTOCRATOR, the Universal Judge. To His right hand, His devotees are entering His deathless Pure Land. Some, His consecrated virgins and priests, are entering His orchard / garden of Paradise to dance His Divine Love ‘Angel Round with Him’! This is the Dance of the RODANIM of Rhodes and the DODANIM of the Song of Songs in the Bible! This is the Kouru-Aulos (Carol) Circle Flute Dance.. The Rasa Lila Dance of the East’s RADHA-KRISHNA and BALADEVA and His GOPI milkmaiden girls! Since JESUS is the Second Person of the Godhead, the Servitor Lord, He is BALADEVA!
Other souls can be seen entering the New Jerusalem, the Self-Effulgent City of God, where He is enthroned and rules in reverential awe at the Right Hand of ‘God the Father’. On CHRIST PANTROCREATOR’s Left Hand are all of those Vamachara 5Ms Tamasic Left Hand Tantrists who are going to have some Hellish lessons until the end of the ‘Age’ / Yuga.
So the Bible records 3 instances during which He reveals His Cosmic Mandorla / Purusha Mandala ‘Universal’ Form to His devotees of the past, present and future!
There are His Transfiguration, His Ascension, and His Cosmic Enthronement as the Universal Judge, CHRIST PANTOCRATOR.
Part 3 Good Friday Offering:
JESUS as PER-AUSU / POLIEUS, the ADI PURUSHA First Man and Cosmic Sacrifice, ADON-YAHU of the creation hymn, the Rig Vedic Purusha Sukta hymn, Sama / Psalm. He is the Food of All Beings and Consecrated Prasadam, the ‘Bread of Eternal Life’ and the ‘Nectar of Immortality’ (Ambrosia) for His ‘Twice Born Devotees’!

Note that in all traditional Universal Form Mandorla Transfiguration Icons of JESUS CHRIST, He is being seen both by His within-time living disciples (who are in Awe, like Arjuna) and His outside-of-time Ascended Saints, who are viewing Him from outside of His egg-like material universe.
JESUS CHRIST revealed His Universal (Purusha Mandala) Form to His disciples in His “Transfiguration”. This Form of His is always depicted in His ‘Mandorla’ or ‘almond shaped’ Cosmic Mandala. In Vaishnavism, every VISHNU Tattva (directly God Himself) Theophany of God / VISHNU, must reveal Himself in His Universal ADI PURUSHA Form at least one time to at least one of His un-impeachable devotees, who then records and witnesses this Universal Form / Theophany (appearance of God) to all humanity. In His ‘Transfiguration’, JESUS CHRIST reveals Himself as the ADI (First) and Universal Man / PURUSHA.
In Jewish and related ancient mysticism, this Universal Form of the Supreme Lord ADON-YAHU was called ADAM-KADMON. In Heliopolis, Egypt, He was the ATUM / ATON / ADON Form of AUSU / YAHU THEOS. The Holy Name ADON was used by the Jews very early in Heliopolis, where the Supreme Lord AUSU was called PER-AUSU in Egyptian and POLIEUS by the Greeks and Greek speaking Jews. PER-AUSU / POLIEUS is PURUSHA in the Sanskrit of the Vedas!
ADON-YAHU / ADONIAH or ADAM-KADMON was PER-AUSU / POLIEUS / PURUSHA. JESUS revealed His Universal Form as ADON-YAHU / ADONIAH to His disciples in His Transfiguration. The ATUM / ATON / ADON Form or Person of the HERU-AUSU-ATUM Trinity / Godhead in Egypt was also His All-Pervasive Heliopolitan ON / OM Omni-Present ‘Person’ as the PARAM-ATMAN ‘Holy Spirit’, ATOMOS and ATEN in the Egyptian Amarna period of the later 18th Dynasty.
Here are some various interpretations of the Jew’s Mystical ADAM KADMON: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Kadmon

Please people, see how this traditional Self-Revelation Icon of HARI’s (KRISHNA-VISHNU’s) Rig Vedic Universal Form corresponds to SRI KRISHNA’s Bhagavad-Gita Self Revelation as the Universal VISHVA-RUPA of KALAH PURUSHA ‘Time Man’.
The Purusha Sukta is about the creation of the Universe from the original Self-Sacrifice of the ADI PURUSHA!
It is also about Him becoming the Food of All Beings and the Sanctified Food of His Faithful!
His Sacrifice alone redeems the Universe from all of its sins! Thus all of the intercessory ‘Vedic’ sacrifices and Moksha Rtyas / Mass Rites / Manumission Rites commemorate His Once-and-All-Sufficient Self-Sacrifice for the creation, maintenance and redemption of the Universe!

In the pūjā for śālagrāma-śilā and other śilā-mūrtis, first one repeats steps 1-9 from Section A, then the following prayer is recited (for śālagrāma-śilā only):
- Bhakti Ananda Goswami’s notes:
- Note that this prayer is to SURYA NARAYANA’s ‘Golden Form’ of Lord HARI, Who is seated on His Lotus Flower (Greek NYMPHIA / PADMA) within the heart / hrid of the Sun! In this Form, He is HELIOS / SURYA as OLU of Africa, HERU of Egypt, HELU, KOURU of Rhodes, Crete and Greece, SOLE of Rome, ELI and ALI / ARI of the West Semites, ILU of the Eastern Semites, HVARE of the Persians, HARI-HARA of the Indus peoples and HRIH of the Pure Land Buddhists. He is a Form of the Mani / Pearl in the Lotus of the Brahma Samhita, and Pure Land and Tantric Buddhism. He is also HELIOS PHANES and the Form of BRAHMA, Who is directly God, Himself. Note that this prayer is significantly invoked just before the recitation of the Rig Vedic Purusha Sukta Creation Hymn!
- In Vaishnava temples everywhere, these two prayers are recited to make offerings every day.
(oṁ) dhyeyaḥ sadā savitṛ-maṇḍala-madhya-vartī; nārāyaṇaḥ sarasijāsana-sanniviṣṭaḥ
keyūravān kanaka-kuṇḍalavān kirīṭī; hārī hiraṇmaya-vapur dhṛta-śaṅkha-cakraḥ
“Lord Nārāyaṇa is seated on a lotus flower āsana within the sun globe. He wears a crown, golden earrings and arm bands of silver on His golden body, and in His hands He holds a white conchshell and a Sudarśana disc weapon. Because of all of this He is ever enchanting and captivating to the mind. One should always meditate upon the Lord in this way.” (Ṛg Veda Saṁhitā)
After this the worship proceeds with the Puruṣa-sūkta as follows:
Procedure* puruṣaḥ sūkta
1. With this mantra one should offer a seat to the Lord:
sahasra-śīrṣā puruṣaḥ; sahasrākṣaḥ sahasra-pāt
sa bhūmiṁ viśvato vṛtvāty-atiṣṭhad daśāngulam
“The Universal Lord, who is endowed with unlimited heads, eyes and feet, after having entirely encompassed the universe, surpassed the cosmic creation to a distance of ten āngulas. In other words He is existing everywhere both within the universe and outside the universe.“
2. With this mantra one should call the Deity to the bathing receptacle:
puruṣa evedaṁ sarvaṁ; yad bhūtaṁ yac ca bhavyam
utāmṛtatvasyeśāno; yad annenātirohati
*It should be noted that after chanting the Puruṣa-sūkta verse one should chant the mantra which accompanies the particular action one is performing and then perform that action. eg. idam tisanam (mūla-mantra) for offering a seat to the Lord, etc.
“This visible universe is the form of the virāṭ-puruṣa. The universe of the past and future is also the form of the universal Lord. He is the Lord of immortality. Because He has surpassed His position as the supreme cause by accepting this form of the universe so the living entities can enjoy the results of their work, this manifest condition as the universe is not His spiritual form.“
3. With this mantra one should offer pādya:
etāvān asya mahimāto; jyāyāṁś ca puruṣaḥ
pādo ‘sya viśvā bhūtāni; tripād asyāmṛtaṁ divi
“The aggregate total of all the universes, which exist in three time dimensions, is the glory, or opulence, of the universal Lord. Greater than this is the Lord Himself. All the marginal living entities are one quarter of the Supreme puruṣa, and the remaining eternal three quarters of the puruṣa exist in His effulgent, self-manifested form.“
4. With this mantra one should offer arghya:
tripād ūrdhva udait puruṣaḥ; pādo ‘syehābhavāt punaḥ
tato viśvaṅ vyakrāmat; sāśanānaśane abhi
“The three-quarter puruṣa rose beyond the material worlds, but for the purpose of creation and annihilation of the mundane worlds He again came into His one-quarter material energy and, dividing Himself into the various forms of men, gods, and animals etc., He pervaded into all things, both the conscious and unconscious.“
5. With this mantra one should offer ācamanīya:
tasmād virāḍ ajāyata; virājo adhi pūruṣaḥ
sa jāto atyaricyata; paścād bhūmim atho puraḥ
“From the original Supreme Personality of Godhead the body of the universe came into existence. Accepting that universal body, the puruṣa appeared. Having come into being, that universal Lord expanded Himself (having accepted the forms of various gods, animals and men). After this He created the earth, and then the bodies of the living beings.“
6. With this mantra one should offer madhuparka:
yat puruṣeṇa haviṣā; devā yajñam atanvata
vasanto asyāsīd ājyam; grīṣma idhmaḥ śarad dhaviḥ
“When the demigods performed a sacrifice within their minds, imagining the puruṣa to be the various oblations, at that time the spring became the ghee of the sacrifice, the summer became the sacrificial firewood, and the autumn became the oblation in the form of ground rice rounded into a sacrificial cake.“
7. One should again offer ācamanīya with the fifth mantra of Puruṣa-sūkta, then one should offer a scented oil massage after which one should bathe the Deity while chanting the following mantra:
taṁ yajñaṁ barhiṣi praukṣan; puruṣaṁ jātam agrataḥ
tena devā ayajanta; sādhyā ṛṣayaś ca ye
“The Puruṣa appeared in the beginning of creation and became the means of accomplishing the first sacrifice. As a sacrificial animal is consecrated with water, so all the great sages and demigods who were able to assist the Lord in material creation sprinkled that Supreme Puruṣa (imagined to be a sacrificial animal) in the mānasa-yajña. Thus they were able to perform sacrifice through the agency of the Puruṣa.“
8. After drying the Lord, with the following mantra one should offer sottariya-vastra, or flower petal clothes:
tasmād yajñāt sarva-hutaḥ; saṁbhṛtaṁ pṛṣad-ājyam
paśūn tāṁś cakre vāyavyān; āraṇyān grāmyāś ca ye
“From that sacrifice, which was the embodiment of all oblations in the form of the all-pervading Puruṣa, domestic and forest dwelling animals were produced, as well as Vayu, the god of the winds and presiding deity over animals.“
9. One should offer ācamanīya with the fifth mantra. Then with the following mantra one should offer a sacred thread to the Lord:
tasmād yajñāt sarva-huta; ṛcaḥ sāmāni jajñire
chandāṁsi jajñire tasmād; yajus tasmād ajāyata
“From that sacrifice, which was the embodiment of all oblations in the form of the all-pervading Puruṣa, the hymns of the Ṛg Veda and Sāma Veda came into being, as well as the Vedic meters and the hymns of the Yajur Veda.” Following this one should put tilaka on the Lord while chanting the mantra: idaṁ tilakaṁ (& mūla-mantra).
10. Then one should offer a crown with the following mantra:
tasmād aśvā ajāyanta; ye ke cobhayādataḥ
gāvo ha jajñire tasmāt; tasmāj jātā ajāvayaḥ
“From that sacrifice horses and all animals possessing two rows of teeth were born, (as well as) cows, sheep, and goats.“
11. Then say idaṁ mālyaṁ (mūla-mantra) and offer the Lord a flower garland. Then offer sandalwood paste with the mantra:
yat puruṣaṁ vyadhadhuḥ; katidhā vyakalpayan
mukhaṁ kim asya kau bāhū; kā vūrū pādā ucyete
“At that time, when the demigods, by their mental powers, caused the Puruṣa to appear in the form of the sacrifice, in how many ways did they conceive Him? What was His mouth known as, and what were His arms, thighs, and feet known as?“
12. With this mantra one should offer flower petals dipped in sandalwood paste at the Lord’s lotus feet:
brāhmaṇo ‘sya mukham āsīd; bāhū rājanyaḥ kṛtaḥ
ūrū tad asya yad vaiśyaḥ; padbhyāṁ śūdro ajāyata
“The brāhmaṇa became the mouth of the Puruṣa. The kṣatriya was conceived as His two arms. At that time the vaiśya became the two thighs of the Lord, and from His lotus feet the śūdra came into existence.“
13. One should offer tulasī leaves at the feet of the Lord, and then with this mantra and the mantra for offering incense, (see ll-30), one should offer incense to the Lord:
candramā manaso jātaś; cakṣoḥ sūryo ajāyata
mukhād indraś cāgniś ca; prāṇād vāyur ajāyata
“From the mind of that universal Lord, Candra, the moon-god, was born. From His eyes Sūrya, the sun-god, came into existence. From His mouth Indra, the king of the gods, and Agni, the firegod, were produced, and from His breath Vāyu, the wind-god, took birth.“
14. With this mantra and the mantra for offering a ghee lamp, (see 11-3 1), one should offer a ghee lamp to the Deity:
nābhyā āsīd antarikṣam; śīrṣṇo dyauḥ samavartata
padbhyāṁ bhūmir diśaḥ śrotrāt; tathā lokān akalpayan
“From the Supreme Puruṣa’s navel the intermediate space between heaven and earth came into being. From His head the heavens were produced. From His feet came the earth and from His ears the ten directions came into existence. In this way the demigods mentally conceived the worlds.“
15. When the worship has been taken thus far one should offer the Lord His meal by the following procedure:
- With the first mantra of Puruṣa-sūkta one should offer the Lord a seat to sit on, with the third mantra offer pādya, with the fifth mantra one should offer ācamanīya, and with the following mantra one should offer bhoga* (*Offer bhoga as per 1-4-B.) (naivedyam) and drinking water (pānīyam):
saptāsyāsan paridhayas; triḥ sapta samidhaḥ kṛtāḥ
devā yad yajñam tanvānā; abadhnan puruṣaṁ paśum
“The three enclosing sticks of the mentally conceived sacrificial fire were the seven Vedic meters headed by Gāyatrī. The demigods performed the sacrifice using twenty-one pieces of sacrificial firewood. During the period of the performance of that mānasa-yajña the demigods bound the Puruṣa on a sacrificial pole, imagining Him to be in the form of the sacrificial animal.”
- Now, with the fifth mantra of this hymn one should offer the Deity ācamanīya.
- Chant the mantra: idaṁ sarvaṁ oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya while offering flower petals to His lotus feet while ringing a bell.
- Chant the śālagrāma-gāyatrī ten times: oṁ kṛṣṇāya vidmahe vāsudevāya dhīmahi tan no viṣṇuḥ pracodayāt.
16. Offer prayers as obeisances with the mantra:
yajñena yajñam ayajanta devās; tāni dharmāṇi prathamāny āsan
te ha nākaṁ mahimānaḥ sacanta; yatra pūrve sādhyāḥ santi devāḥ
“The demigods worshiped the Puruṣa, who took the form of the yajña, by this mentally conceived sacrifice. These activities of sacrifice became the foremost religious principles. Those who are great souls attain the heavenly worlds or Brahmaloka where the ancient demigods, who are empowered to assist the Supreme Lord in universal creation, exist.“
17. Conclude the worship of Śālagrāma Nārāyaṇa by chanting the following prayer from the Viṣṇu Purāṇa:
namo brahmaṇya-devāya; go-brāhmaṇa-hitāya ca
jagad-dhitāya kṛṣṇāya; govindāya namo namaḥ
“I offer my obeisances again and again to Lord Kṛṣṇa who is always worshiped by qualified brāhmaṇas and is very dear to them. He is always concerned with the welfare of the cows, brāhmaṇas and the whole universe and He is the giver of pleasure to the cows, land and senses.“
F. At this time, after the worship of all the Deities has been concluded and an offering has been made of fresh fruits in season along with water and other edibles, one should perform śṛṅgāra-āratī. After this one should show the Lord His beautiful form by offering a mirror. Then the devotees should drink the caraṇāmṛta, the Lord’s bath water. The mantras for this are described in Ill-4.
Part 4 Holy Saturn’s Day (Saturday): God rests on His 7th Day Sabbath… The Lord YAHU-SHUA, as AUSAR / OSIRIS; SHUA=SHVA=SHIVA as SHAVA Descends to the dead and ‘Harrows Hell’ and sets the captives of death and Hades free!
Compare the traditional icons of KALI dancing on (and coupling with) the body of SHIVA SHAVA, with the ancient Egyptian icons of ISIS (in disguise) conceiving ‘HERU-AUSU the younger’ on the prone dead body of OSIRIS.
There is a great Catholic sacred art tradition of depicting JESUS (OSIRIS / SERAPIS in His corpse form, which is His Most Renounced Form. Lord BALADEVA is the Servitor Lord and His Renounced or Self-Denying Form is that of SHIVA. Shiva’s Most Renounced Form is as SHIVA SHAVA in His death. What more can God give-up to save His beloved, than His very life, itself? Thus, in His death, Lord BALADEVA as SHIVA is in His Most Renounced Form.

Devotees may experience ghastly and other astonishing emotions while actually ‘seeing’ or even contemplating some of the Lilas of the Lord!
Thus beholding Him, freely renouncing His body (life) on His cross, we must try to realize who He is and what He is doing for us! When SHIVA previously drank the ocean of Hala Hala poison, and He spilled a few drops, which were consumed by the sinful envious enemies of God and man, He held the restof the poison in His throat, those last few drops of Hala Hala / the Sins of the universe on a bunch of Tulasi Leaves! For the sake of the Universe, He accepted the sins of the Universe on an offering of Tulasi Leaves!!! Then He swallowed and ‘Became Sin For US’!!! What CHRIST swallowed the last of the Hala Hala and it was burned-up in the Cosmic Fire of His causeless, materially limitless and eternal love.
From that time until His resurrection, He was worshiped in His most profound renunciation, rejection, denial and humiliation as CORPUS CHRISTI.
After His resurrection, devotees continued to teach these sacred mysteries of His ‘Passion’ and to contemplate Him as their Savior, who manumitted and redeemed them from all of their sins, with His own ‘Body and Blood’.
This is a spiritually very deep subject that Gaudiya Vaishnavas do not want to think about! They become very hostile when confronted with the idea of worshiping the Lord as suffering, being ‘wounded’ or even dying! I have been many times harmed and even threatened with a horrible death, because of teaching about God’s wounds, his Tigma / Stigmata and ‘death’ lilas!
Obviously various Shaivite and Tantric Buddhist traditions have their own doctrines, iconography and rtya / ritual practices associated with their dying and reborn / resurrecting Savior God. Some of these are tamasic or rajarshic, but they should not be ignored. Instead we should try to understand how the tamasic and rajarshic are the ‘perverted reflections’ of the properly sattvic understandings.
It seems like many Vaishnavas have a severe problem with any concept of God being wounded and scarred, suffering or dying. Despite the rasa theology and teachings of Vaishnavism that even the Gaudiya Vaishnavas have in their ‘Nectar of Devotion’, many ISKCON devotees have an aversion to considering that the ‘Ecstasy in Ghastliness’ and even some ‘Ecstasy in Separation’ related emotions are important parts of some Rasika’s experience of Divine Love. Since it is not a part of their own ‘sweet’ enjoyment of God, they are offended upon hearing about it and become hostile if you try to explain such devotional sentiment to them. Devotees that just want to happily enjoy with God, cannot understand those devotees that worship God in different moods, in grief and separation, in awe or horror or even in anger and a fighting mood. Their idea of their ‘God’ cannot, or will not, actually share the experiences of his ‘mortal’ beloved. It seems that because no one is stronger etc. than their God, and no one can make Him suffer or ‘die’, that he cannot freely chose to do these things, out of love for his devotees! Thus such devotees want to impose their own ideas on what God can and cannot do. If God wants to be wounded or ‘die’, He can, but no enemy can wound or kill him! In countless ‘scriptures’ and oral traditions, the Savior-Lord accepts wounding, being scarred and even ‘dying’ for the sake of his beloved and friends!
Of course in the other Great Bhakti Traditions, God as the Supreme Hero / Savior does in various way ‘die’ and even ‘descend to the dead’ to save His beloved, or even the ‘damned’.
The solution to the Vaishnava’s problem with the wounding, suffering and death of KRISHNA-VISHNU is that the ‘original’ KRISHNA never leaves Goloka Vrindavana, where there is no ‘material’ suffering or death!!! In that self-effulgent Vaikuntha Spiritual Sky / Pure Land, there is no ‘material’ birth, death, disease or old age and no ‘material’ suffering.
But Lord BALADEVA, SAM-KARSHANA, who is SRI KRISHNA’s second self, the second person of the Most Holy Trinity, ‘descends’ into the ‘material’ (P.L. Buddhist Saha) worlds, which He creates, maintains and destroys / finishes. In His many forms, and in His countless saving lilas, He is born, lives and dies, and is reborn countless times again! As the ‘material universes’ are real but temporary, the Lord’s own universal body is inconceivably simultaneously eternal AN-ANTA and past-present-future ‘time-bound’ as KALAH PURUSHA.
Arjuna was terrified seeing the wrathful all-devouring form of the Lord as NARA HARI KALAH-BHAIRAVA! He was experiencing one kind of ‘Ecstasy in Ghastliness’. Seeing HAREYAH / ARYEH lion-headed KALAH devouring His creation, horrified Arjuna so much that He begged the Lord to end that theophany and to again reveal His original 2-armed human form!
Of course the terrifying wrathful ‘universal form’ of God does not exist in Vaikuntha! So this wrathful form of the Cosmic PURUSHA was only relevant to this ‘material’ world.
The Feast of Corpus Christi (Ecclesiastical Latin: Dies Sanctissimi Corporis et Sanguinis Domini Iesu Christi, lit. ‘Day of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus Christ the Lord’), also known as the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, is a Roman Catholic, Anglican, and Western Orthodox liturgical solemnity celebrating the Real Presence of the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ in the elements of the Eucharist. Two months earlier, the institution of the Eucharist at the Last Supper is observed on Maundy Thursday in a sombre atmosphere leading to Good Friday. The liturgy on that day also commemorates Christ’s washing of the disciples’ feet, the institution of the priesthood, and the agony in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Part 5 The Resurrection: JESUS reveals Himself as BALADEVA ARATOR / HALADHARA, outside of His Tomb, in the then Garden of the Holy Sepulchre
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomb_of_Jesus#Church_of_the_Holy_Sepulchre

BALA-Deva as HALA-DHARA ‘Plough Holder’ is the Latin and Semitic (Biblical) Supreme Lord BAL-Dios (YAHU ‘Jehovah’, Latin JOVE [‘Jupiter’]) as Jesus Christ ARA-TOR.
Sanskrit HALA = Latin ARA. In ancient Sumerian either AL or AR meant PLOUGH. Originally a PLOUGH or plow was a forked branch used as a hand plow or HOE. In the use of this tool, the action was ALWAYS one of drawing or pulling the hoe and soil towards oneself. Thus the dual meaning of the root to plough and to draw or to pull towards oneself, as in KARSHNEYA or Sam-KARSHANA or KRISHNA, or in English CHARISMA, meaning the theological gift of ATTRACTION, the ability to draw or to pull others towards oneself. Also related-to this all-important KR / AR / HL root is the GR root word for GRAVITY and GURU.
Although a hardened forked branch or antler etc. has always continued to be used as the most primitive form of hand-plow or hoe, a metal, stone or bone blade with a wooden handle was one of the earliest tool innovations of humanity. Then a man-powered walking plow was invented and finally another DRAWN animal plow. The domesticated bovine was used to pull a plough, because other species were unsuitible. ‘Draft Horses’ were not used to pull a plough until many thousands of years after oxen were used to pull a plough.
In the Western Hemisphere Llamas and Alpacas were used for pack animals and wool, but never made suitible plough animals and traditional ‘New World’ agriculture remained labor-intensive hand work with primitive hand tools until the Europeans introduced ‘Old World’ farming techniques.
World-wide the Supreme Lord as the Cultivator ‘Plow Wielder’ or ‘Plough Holder’ is considered the Supreme Lord of Food and Life. He is the primeval Creator God, Who is the Lord of Crops, Flocks and Herds. He alone brings NEW LIFE from the dead, dry or frozen ground of the previous year. Thus His Hand Plow (Hoe) is one of His Earliest Symbols and ‘Plow Holder’ is one of His most important and sacred Holy Names.
Upon His Resurrection, Jesus Christ was revealed as BAL-YAHU (Latin Jove) ARATOR (BALADEVA HALADHARA) to His Beloved Disciples, including (and firstof all), Mary Magdalene.
Sumerian AR = AL = “hoe” or hand plow
Sanskrit HALA = Sumerian and Roman ARA
Roman Name for Supreme Lord as Cultivator was ARATOR. Jupiter-Zeus-Amon as ARA-TOR was PLOW-HOLDER. ARATOR is cognate with BALADEVA’s Plow Holder Name HALA-DHARA.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Song_of_the_hoe
“The Song of the hoe or the Creation of the pickax is a Sumerian creation myth, written on clay tablets from the last century of the 3rd millennium BC. “
“The poem is composed of the frequent use of the word “al”, which means hoe. The verb-forms and nouns also frequently start with, or contain the syllable “al” (or “ar”),…”
Story
The poem is composed of the frequent use of the word “al”, which means hoe. The verb-forms and nouns also frequently start with, or contain the syllable “al” (or “ar”), suggesting the writer intended it for humour as a satirical school text or as a tongue-twister. The song starts with a creation myth where Enlil separates heaven and earth in Duranki, the cosmic Nippur or ‘Garden of the Gods’.
“ “Not only did the lord make the world appear in its correct form, the lord who never changes the destinies which he determines – Enlil – who will make the human seed of the Land come forth from the earth – and not only did he hasten to separate heaven from earth, and hasten to separate earth from heaven, but, in order to make it possible for humans to grow in “where flesh came forth” [the name of a cosmic location], he first raised the axis of the world at Dur-an-ki. ”
The myth continues with a description of Enlil creating daylight with his hoe; he goes on to praise its construction and creation. Enlil’s mighty hoe is said to be made of gold, with the blade made of lapis lazuli and fastened by cord. It is inlaid with lapis lazuli and adorned with silver and gold. Enlil makes civilized man, from a brick mould with his hoe – and the Annanuki start to praise him. Nisaba, Ninmena, and Nunamnir start organizing things. Enki praises the hoe; they start reproducing and Enlil makes numerous shining hoes, for everyone to begin work. Enlil then founds the Ekur with his hoe whilst a “god-man” called Lord Nudimmud builds the Abzu in Eridug. Various gods are then described establishing construction projects in other cities, such as Ninhursag in Kesh, and Inanna and Utu in Zabalam; Nisaba and E-ana also set about building. The useful construction and agricultural uses of the hoe are summarized, along with its capabilities for use as a weapon and for burying the dead. Allusions are made to the scenes of Enkidu’s ghost, and Urshanabi’s ferry over the Hubur, in the Epic of Gilgamesh:
“ “dead people are also brought up from the ground by the hoe. With the hoe, the hero honoured by An, the younger brother of Nergal, the warrior Gilgamesh – is as powerful as a hunting net. The sage son of Ninsumun is pre-eminent with oars. With the hoe, he is the great “kindajal” of the watercourses.”
Ninmena is suggested to create both the priestess and king. The hymn ends with extensive praisings of the hoe, Enlil, and Nisaba:
“ “The hoe makes everything prosper; the hoe makes everything flourish. The hoe is good barley; the hoe is an overseer. The hoe is brick moulds; the hoe has made people exist. It is the hoe that is the strength of young manhood. The hoe and the basket are the tools for building cities. It builds the right kind of house; it cultivates the right kind of fields. It is you, hoe, that extend the good agricultural land!

The many Sacred Traditions of Holy Basil / Ocimum Sanctum or TULASI in cCatholic Apostolic Christianity confirm that Jesus Christ is Vishnu Tattva…directly GOD HIMSELF. Just web search for examples of the sacred stories, doctrines and practices associated in ancient cCatholicism with the ‘Elevation’, ‘Feast’, ‘Exaltation’, ‘Triumph’, or other veneration or rituals of the Holy Cross. Read the many stories about Saint Helena’s pilgrimage to the Holy Land and how she discovered the Hill of Golgotha and the True Cross because of the Sacred Basil growing there! Why was this Plant, ‘Rhoda’s Mint’ or Holy Basil associated with the Story of Jesus Christ’s Crucifixion? The Greek’s Hyssopus (Hebrew EZOB) or All-Heal-Heracleum (the Ancient’s Herb of Immortality) at the foot of the Cross was Sacred to The Great Physician Form of ELI-YAHU-ADON the Supreme Godhead of the proto-Catholic Afro-Helleno-Semitic Bhakti Divine Love Tradition. In Indian Vaishnavism and in the East in Pure Land Buddhism, Holy Basil (TULASI, TULSI) and related Members of Her family of Sacred Labitae (MINT) are identified with the Supreme Lord, HARI and especially His Manifestations and Incarnation as the All-Healing GREAT PHYSICIAN. Thus one Ayur Vedic Medical Tradition associates TULASI with the TEARS of the Great Physician DHANVANTARI, Who delivers the SOMA ‘Nectar of Imortality’ to the Godly Devas in His KALASH / CHALICE! Another Bhakti Tradition associates Tulasi with the Herb of Immortality delivered by HANUMAN to save LAKSMAN HIMSELF! In fact, Sita, Rama, Lakshman, Hanuman and other Forms of the Lord and Devotees of the Lord were almost universally associated with some Tulasi related Herb of the Sacred Labiatae (Aromatic Mint) Family throughout the Ancient World.
Variously Tulasi related ‘sub-species’ are identified AS TULASI and called by one of Her more than 108 Holy Names throughout the Indian Sub-Continent and the East. Everywhere She is identified with the Sattvic Tradition worship of the One True God. She is also consistently associated with the resurrection of the dead, the salvation of the finite jiva-soul-self, and the beatification of the Saints in the Highest Heaven! Thus Tulasi is considered the Queen of the Highest Paradise of Go-Loka VRINDA-VANA, which VANA / FOREST of TULASI / VRINDA is Named for Her! In This She may also be identified with MARY Rhoda Mystica of Her Rosary, and as the QUEEN OF THE MAY and Humanity’s MOTHER MOST TOLErant, the only Refuge of the killers of Christ or His Priests (Brahmins)!
Who was and IS Jesus Christ? Was He just a wise man, a guru, healer, a sage or prophet? Was He only a Holy Spirit-filled inspired or revolutionary thinker that challenged the religious hypocrites of His time? Why was He WORSHIPED by Africans, Greeks, Romans, Jews of various ethnicities and other Semites, and others from far away Persia etc.? Why did the Mediterranean Regional Traditions of the World-saving Great Physician Asclepios-IASAS (Afro-Egyptian and Jewish SERAPIS) become Apostolic cCatholic Christianity within a century of Jesus Christ’s Appearance? In India and the East ASCLEPIOS (SERAPIS) was identified with BALADEVA as the Ayur Vedic Revelator and Great Physician ANANTA-CHARAKA. Now it is time for the whole of Humanity to recognize that JESUS CHRIST IS THAT SAME LORD. HE IS VISHNU TATTVA, the RIG VEDIC SELF-SACRIFICED PURUSHA, the VIRATA RUPA APPEARING AS ANANTA-BALADEVA-CHARAKA, THE COSMO-SAVING GREAT PHYSICIAN, WHO ‘Takes away the sins of the World’!
WHAT JESUS CHRIST HAS DONE FOR US!
First, to understand the theology you have have the foundation of the primal revelation of Purusha Sukta. In Jewish Kabbalistic Mysticism this is the revelation of the COSMIC BODY of God as Adam Kadmon or the Universal Form. It is His Universal Body in which we ‘live and move and have our being’, and which was and is sacrificed for our ‘material’ existence ultimate return to Godhead. The feminine (Receiver) Soul-Selves, or ‘Sparks of the Shekinah’ (Shakti) that have ‘fallen’ into their present perceptual and affective separation from Godhead (which is a separation of relationship NOT a separation of identity) are rescued by their Lover, the Lord, Who has not abandoned them in their ‘fallen’ wandering in the Saha Worlds of Birth, Death, Disease and Old Age.
The ancients had a much more intimate relationship with food, and observed that we ‘are what we eat’. All of the Theophagos God-Eating Mystery Religions of the ancients were thus Purusha-Sukta Sacrifice based. Depending on the ‘mode’ of material nature people were in, they practiced Sattvic non-bloody vegetarian offerings, like the Nazarites the Theraputae and the Essenes. These might be called Praise and Thanks Offerings in the Biblical Tradition. Such non-bloody offerings were like those of the Heliopolitan Ascetics, the Orphics, Pythagoreans, Platonists, Asclepiadae, the Vaishnavas, Pure Land Buddhists, Sattvic Theistic Shaivites and other ancient Ascetical Groups. Such Sattvic Theistic Groups worshiped the COSMIC Purusha, Who they believed could and DID take ‘material’ Form, to rescue His Beloved. They believed in and experienced the reality of a metaphysical realm. They were mystics, philosophers, mathematicians and theologians whose ‘VEDIC’ (Biblical YEDA, Greek OIDA) vision of the Cosmic Purusha saw Him embodied in His Sacramental Social Order of Daiva Varnashram Dharma. (NOT A RACE-BASED SYSTEM!) Peoples in the Material Mode of Goodness worshiped the simultaneously Incarnate and Omnipresent Personal and Transcendent Godhead of Hari-Vasu-Atman.
Peoples in the material modes of Passion and Ignorance did not understand and worshiped with bloody animal (Passion) and human (Ignorance) Sacrifices. If you EAT, you sacrifice. Life feeds on life, and ‘you are what you eat’. If you do not yet ‘get this’ you have not yet faced your own reality. Your body is made-up of the ‘creatures’ that have been sacrificed to it, with it, by it and for it. By accepting a ‘material’ body, we become complicit in the sacrifice of other being’s bodies. Sacrifice is inescapable in this world. So for the Sattvic Devotees of the Lord, He Alone can forgive us, for all of the sins that we have become complicit in, by ‘falling’ here into matter and accepting a material body. Thus the Tradition of the Purusha Sukta acknowledges that GOD HIMSELF ultimately takes responsibility for the existence and predicament of the ‘fallen’ jiva souls, offers Himself for the COSMIC forgiveness of all their repented sins. If you do not ‘see’ (realize) your own suffering in Jesus Christ’s Passion, then you do not understand Who He Is!
