Behold Jesus Christ as the Mature Asklepios-IASAS (Serapis and Charaka), the Great Physician and All-Healing Savior of All Worlds! Lord Ananta Baladeva as the Ayur Vedic Great Physician Charaka was traditionally a mature unshorn (bearded and long haired) wandering mendicant healer. As the Deity Charaka (not the later court physician Charaka), His identity as GOD (Sam-Karshana, Baladeva) was ‘hidden’ to the World, but when He appeared as Jesus Christ, it was revealed to His Disciples.
When Dr. Judah needed to take full-time care of his gravely ill wife, Dr. Michael Rolfson of Marylhurst College in Lake Oswego Oregon took-over as my Goddard Graduate Degree Program Field Faculty Mentor. Even though I was also suffering from life-threatening health problems, I struggled-through to the successful Oral Presentation and Defense of my Master’s Thesis at the West Coast Regional Goddard Graduate School Colloquium held in Asilomar, California. To attend the Colloquium I had to be transported in an ambulance and make my Thesis Presentation and Defense from a reclining wheelchair while on oxygen. Unfortunately I did not then, in the 1980s, have the financial means or support services necessary to publish my accepted Thesis and receive my Degree, so I never did receive my Master’s Degree. Instead I was bed-ridden and on a life-support respirator for years, due to deterioration from decades of undiagnosed and untreated post-polio syndrome.
More on the Ayur-Vedic Great Physician Tradition…
As the ‘Anointed’ Great Physician Dhanvantari, Lord Ananta Baladeva first delivers the Amrita or Ambrosia Soma Rasa Nectar of Immortality for the beatified eternal life of the Godly (the Devas) in His KALASH. This KALASH is obviously the Sacred CHALICE of Lord Jesus Yagna Purusha Yupa Dhvaja! Thus the Lord’s Kalash Nectar of Immortality Vessel is very sacred throughout the ancient related Bhakti Traditions.
For example in some African tribes it is taught that there is a descending Amida-Raigo like experience at a person’s death, when the Lord comes with His Heavenly Host to save the soul devoted to Him. So that the soul will recognise the Lord among the Heavenly Host, He will be the Being carrying the Sacred Vessel to deliver to them the Nectar of Immortality. As a symbol of their spiritual leadership a Sacred Vessel is given to the spiritual masters of these tribes.
Kumba or ‘ritual pots’ are used throughout the range of Vaishnava, Shiva-Shakti, Pure Land and Tantric Buddhist practice. In Vedic and Tantric (both Dakshina Marga and Vama Marga) Rituals, a kumba or vessel may be decorated with su-vastikas, coconuts and sacred leaves. generally such vessels are associated in the ritual with the Shakti of the Lord. So, for example, the holy vessel and the Ganga water in it, both represent the Shakti of the Lord. As Shakti or Shekinah emanates from ELI / HARI (Vishnu) or EL / HAR (Shiva), the Holy Water or Nectar of Life that Flows from His Body may also be considered a Form of His Shakti.
During Arotika when the Lord’s Murti is being worshiped in the Temple, the Amrita from the Nectar Offerings used to bathe the Lord, is distributed as Maha Prasadam or the Great Mercy of the Purusha -idam Remnants of the Sacrific of Purusha, to the faithful from the Lord’s Sacred Vessel. This ritya or rite of Communion with the Lord by consuming His Maha Prasad in the Form of Amrita is clearly related to the ancient Vedic Soma Sacrifice Moksha Ritya / Mass Rite Rituals.
The Lord’s Nectar Kalash / Chalice vessel or pot and His Sacred Water vessel or pot may be confounded due to their similar associations, meanings and ritual uses. The blessing of forgiveness from sin and granting of eternal life is thus confered upon the faithful or initiates who partake of the Nectar, which has flowed from the Body of the Lord. Similar Vedic-related MOKSHA RITYA / MASS RITE Communion RITuals are associated with the Sacred Rivers of Life Kumba Pot Traditions.
Expert Art Historians know that He is the Origin of all of the noble mature ‘Father God’ Images in Classical Greco-Roman Art, and that the earliest known and Traditional Form of Jesus Christ is the same as that of ASKLEPIOS and SERAPIS.
Theologically, accross the Vaishnava Tradition in its many forms, it is said that there is no question of getting the Mercy of Krishna without first getting the Mercy of Lord Baladeva, Sri Krishna’s Second Person. And in the Gaudiya Lineage of Vaishnavism the theological equivalent is asserted, that there is no question of getting the Mercy of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu without first getting the Mercy of Lord Nityananda Balarama!
Can a soul get the Mercy of Krishna without the Mercy of Lord Shiva Who has consumed the Sins of the World? Can a soul be purified by the SACRed SUKLA / SHUKRA Waters of the Holy Descending (JORDAN=DESCENDING) Rivers or Waters of MZRYM / NHRYN / NAHARAIM / NARAYANA the NAZAREAN, without them being received in the matted locks of SHIVA-JESUS first?
Can there be any enlightenment without Jesus as PHO / BHA the AMITA-BHA LIGHT of GOD, and the Light of the World? Is there any LIFE, Sanskrit or Bengali CHAI-TANYA without the Chinese CHI / QI, the JEWS’ CHAYAH CHAI of ‘la CHAYIM’ to LIFE?
Lord AMITA-YUS is JESUS IASAS the Lord of ETERNAL LIFE AYUS of the AYUR VEDA. Is there any LIFE AYUS in any universe without HIM, the LORD OF ETERNAL LIFE? Truly He is both Amita-Bha Pho and Amita-Yus Ayus Life!
Or can we know anything about the Nama Rupa Name-Form of the First Person of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, without the all-merciful intercession of Lord BALADEVA the Second Self of God? HE IS THE NAMA RUPA OF GOD / KRISHNA! “None come to the Father, but by Him” !
