The Three Lotus Blossoms represent HERU / HARI as TRI-LOKESHVARA the Lord of the Three Worlds of Yesterday Today and Tomorrow. The Nile Lotus that blooms for only one day is used to depict the idea of the three realms of the Past, Present and Future. A careful study of these 3 blossom Egyptian Lotus Iconographic ideograms shows that one of the Blossoms is spent and the other has not yet opened. The Lotus itself, or ‘water lilly’ is a pictorial pun or HIERO glyph for the Name of God-Ess, Nyphos-Nymphia. Nymph in Greek means both young or virginal as in Helios KOUROS and Rhoda KORE (Krishna and Radha) or the Roman Jupiter JUVENalis and Juno JUVENta, Krishna YUAVANA and Radha YAUVANI. NYMPH also means LOTUS or WATER LILLY. On Their Sacred Isle of Rhodes in the Ancient Mediterranean Sea, Radha and Krishna had many Names and Nymphia and Nymphos were two of them. By this N ‘seed’ Bija Mantram Name, They were the eternal virginal YOUNG / YAUVAN YOUTH and MAIDEN. They were also PADMA (Lotus) and PADMA-PATI. They were HARI and HARINI and Lotus (PADMA, NARAYANI, SRI, LAXMI) and Lotus-Husband, or Lotus-Father (NARAYANA, HARI, Vishnu, Vasudeva). Please also notice the emblems or symbols of HARPOCRATES in this Icon. These depict His Names and reveal His Theology. They also show what the Religio-Political Alliances were of those who worshiped Him in this Form. Beginning from the base, which is usually a wavey-water line HIEROglyph for the Name-Form of NHL-HAP NARA-NARAYANA as the Vedic APA Deva, the Three Lotuses of the Past, Present and Future sprout. HERU is eternally PRESENT. So, He is especially depicted on the open blossom of TODAY.
He has NO THRONE because He is the ORIGINAL ‘HERU the ELDER’ of His Lotus Island of Rhoda-Nymphia-Asteria. Please note the persistence of all Eastern Krishna-Vishnu and Pure Land Buddhist Forms of God depicted as sitting or standing in a Lotus or Water Lilly. These identify Him with His Primordial Cultus on His Earthly and Heavenly Lotus Dvipa or Isle of Nymphia. He is the naked INNOCENT virginal (Nymphos) ‘Kouros’ Child or Youth. No throne means that He is not worshiped in awe and reverence as the King of the Heavens and Earth. He sits instead like a naked child on the ground, cross-legged. His child’s side-lock of long hair identifies Him as Kouros ‘Keshava’ with unshorn hair. His finger to His Mouth identifies Him with the Butter Thief type of Child Helios icons. So His nudity, His Posture, what He is sitting on, His Finger-to-Mouth and His Sidelock of Hair identify Him as the Supreme Lord HERU in His Rhoda-Nymphia Island-related Kouros ‘Child’ Cultus.
What do His other symbols mean? He holds the Flail or Crop of HELIOS QUADRIGOS, which is a noise maker used by a chariot driver to signal his Horses. It makes a loud whip-‘cracking’ sound that horses can hear above the thundering of their hooves. When this is used for a primary symbol of Helios, it refers to Him as the Dharma Protector God, Who is the Driver of the 4 horse War Chariot OF ARJUNA in the BHAGAVAD-GITA ! He was called PARTHA-SARATHI in the Eastern GITA TRADITION, and in the Mediterranean He was called HELIOS QUADRIGOS, (Below Left) because of driving the 4 (Quad) horse war chariot. In MANY Jewish amulets, seals and other miniature artifacts, the JEWISH GOD is depicted with this same Crop / Flail, as HELIOS / HORUS QUADRIGOS! In the central mosaic Icons of ancient Jewish ‘Temples’ or Synagogues, HELIOS QUADRIGOS is depicted with this flail. So, this flail or crop throughout Egyptian History identifies HERU-AUSU or HORUS with both The Greeks HELIOS, and the Jew’s ELI-YAHU as well as the East’s HARI-VASU, as Krishna Partha Sarathi, the Driver of Arjuna’s 4 horse war chariot!
The Crook that HERU-AUSU / HORUS holds is the Shepard’s Staff Crook of AUSU or AUSAR, the Jew’s YAHU or ASAR-YAHU. This identifies Him with the peacetime civilization of the ancient pastoralists. On His Sacred Isle of Rhodes, HERU-AUSU pastured his 365 sacred white cows in the daytime and sheep at night. He was also the Good Shepard as the Guide and Protector of humankind too! The Shepard’s Crook-Staff is both a weapon to drive-off wolves and a herding stick to guide the flock.
To show the Geo-Political Dominion of this specific Form of the Lord, HERU-USU / HORUS / HELIOS / ELI-YAHU, He is wearing the compund crown of Upper (Southern) and Lower (Northern) Egypt. Note that the inner Crown is helmut-like, which clearly identifies Him with the ancient BAL-YAHU, the LORD of the Western Semites! BAL’s weapon was the CLUB, which was BALADEVA’s GADA / CLUB. BALADEVA’s VISHNU CROWNS traditionally are compounded in a complex way incorporating both a helmut and a corona, often with the full compliment of Egyptian and Mediterranean Nome-Arch / Monarchy Symbols. In fact, I have traced these Crowns through Vaishnavism and Pure Land Buddhism all of the way to the Far East. The compound Crowns of HERU-AUSU ( HORUS or OSIRIS ) can be seen on the Fravashi of Cyrus the Great in Persia, on Apademak in Meroe Africa, and on countless Forms of KRISHNA-VISHNU, the Buddhist TRI-KAYA Amitabha-Amitayus-Lokeshvara and as far as Japan and Angkor Wat in Cambodia. The related Lotus Crown of HAP-NHR/L can also be seen at Angkor Wat. The Apsaras or HORAE / KORAE / HOURIS of Angkor Wat wear obvious versions of these Compound Crowns of HERU-AUSU / HARI-VASU. On many of these compound Crowns of Heru-Ausu, is also the Seraphic Naga of BAL as the AN-ANTA UN-ENDing Deva Divine ‘Serpent of Infinity’ and Mount of God / HARI.
